› How do I apply for an apartment?
Our online application is easy and takes only 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
› What is an individual lease?
An individual lease means independence. When you lease an apartment at University Park, you’ll sign your own lease agreement. That means that you will be responsible for your portion of the rent and nobody else’s. The rent you pay applies to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!
› Will I need a cosigner for my lease?
At University Park, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.
› What is a guarantor?
Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to University Park residents.
› Do apartments come furnished?
Yes! Apartments are fully furnished with the on-trend pieces you need to live comfortably. Eat-in kitchens are decked out with granite countertops, a breakfast nook, and a full appliance package, which includes a stovetop and range, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker, and dishwasher. Bedrooms feature plush carpeting and spacious walk-in closets. Your new home also features sleek hardwood flooring, a 50-inch smart TV, high-speed internet access, and a full-size washer and dryer. › What floor plans are available?
University Park offers a variety of floor plans whether you’re looking for a solo space or room for you and your crew. Choose from any of the following floor plans:
• 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom
• 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom
• 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom
› Is parking available?
Of course. We have parking spaces outside all of our homes for your convenience. To discuss getting your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and leased on a first-come, first-served basis.
› Is there security?
The safety of our residents is our first priority at University Park. We are a private community with an electronic gated entrance and have an after-hours security service.
› Are pets allowed at University Park?
Absolutely! You and your furry friends are more than welcome to come call University Park home. There is a two-pet maximum policy with a $250 non-refundable deposit and a $25 monthly fee. Please ask a leasing agent how you can register your pet!
› Where does my mail go?
Each unit at our apartments in University Park has its own mailbox in the mailroom on the first floor of the building located near the resident lounge and leasing office. All mail for the entire unit will be delivered there. If a package doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to our leasing office.
› How do I pay rent?
We make things easy with our online Resident Portal. Paying rent is done completely online and can even be automated. When you become a resident, you’ll create an account to access your Resident Portal, where you’ll see an option in the dashboard to pay your rent each month.
› How do I make a maintenance request?
The Resident Portal is where you can also go to submit maintenance requests. You can see a log of the maintenance requests you’ve submitted and the status of each. You can navigate to the maintenance tab in the portal, or you can simply press the “Submit Maintenance Request” button on the homepage of the dashboard.

› Who can access the amenities?
The amenities at our apartments in Boca Raton are available exclusively to residents and their guests – it’s one of the amazing perks of living here!
› What utilities come with rent at University Park?
At University Park, we want to provide you with the most convenience possible, so that you can keep on enjoying the fun parts of life. All utilities are covered in your rent except electricity. That includes water, sewer, and trash.
